Essays 2-03a: Joint Movie Reviews

Our team is Kazumi, Ayumi and me. We chose Julia Roberts. So we watched the movie which Julia Roberts appeared. Therefore I'll write it about Julia Roberts now. She appears for many movies and she is a splendid actress with the experience that won many prizes. We watched a movie each. I watched Larry Crowne. Kazumi watched Erin Brockovich. Ayumi watched Pretty Woman.

First, I'll write about Larry Crowne. This movie love and comedy drama film and this movie is released in 2011. The landing actor is Tom Hanks, and he is a director, a collaboration and coscenarist. The name of his role, Larry Crowne. Julia Roberts comes up as a teacher role of him and, the name of her role, Mercedes Tainot.

Larry has been working for a supermarket for many years. He seemed to be satisfied every day, and he lived on it. However, he is fired from a company because he isn't graduate from a university. Then he enters the community college, and he takes the Tainot's speech class. She seems that she didn't perverse about everything, both work and  her family, so she was very angry every day and every things. And also, she does not know whether one's class is helpful for the student. And she seems to didn't  to have much enthusiasm for teaching a student. In fact, first, her lecture was number of people lack and she seemed to be pleased with a lecture being canceled very much. Finally both she and he understand the happiness in the life and they obtain happiness.

Her performance was very splendid. Her performance fitted a role of her, a tiring expression and joyful expression. This movie was easy to watch very much and was interesting. In addition, Many famous movie star appearing in this movie. For example, Maria Canals Barrera; she appeared in Wizards of Waverly Place, Bryan Lee Cranston; he appeared in Contagion and Taraji P. Henson; she appeared in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and more movie star appeared in this movie.

Next movie is Pretty Woman. I think that the story is a royal road of love story. Our team watched the movie of Julia Roberts. In work of Julia Roberts, I think that the story is most famous movie. In the movie, Julia Roberts acted call girl. I don't know call girl, but I can learn it in the movie. First, Julia Roberts acted Vivian Ward. Her job is a call girl. But, when she met Edward Lewis, her life was changed. Richard Gere acted Edward Lewis. He is very gentleman. I met him too. He asks her about act role of his girlfriend in three days. And, he gives her much money. Sometimes he bought many expensive dresses, clothes, jewelies and so on. So, if I were Vivian Ward, I think that I can not believe of his offer like her too. But, she wants much money and she thought the job is very easy and I can receive much money and various expensive goods. So, she took on the job.

But, gradually, Vivian Ward was attracted to him. Then, Edward Lewis was attracted to her too. They are both attracted to each other. But, She worried about it, because she is a call girl, conversely, he is rich man. So, her think if I was ever stay with him, I trouble to him.
Edward Lewis think that proposal of marriage to her. But, his friends stopped him. But eventually, he proposal to her. But she disappear in front of him, because she thinks that I am not suitable of him. Last scene is most famous scene. Edward Lewis has flowers, and he comes her home. Then, he use umbrella, and go up ladder for her.
I want to watch the movie to everyone!

Third movie is “Erin Brockovich”. This movie was made in 2000. The movie is a story of half Erin Brockovich life and this is non-fiction. She gained the settlement package of the highest ever amount.The movie was very interesting. This movie taught me importance to never give up. Early in the film the real Erin Brockovich has a cameo appearance as a waitress named Julia.

Julia Roberts played the part of Erin Brockovich. I thought that she is very cool because she stuck to her volition. For instance, she always wears clothes with much exposure even in law office. When she was paid attention to her clothes, she said "I wear these clothes because I think that these clothes become me". I thought that I want to become woman like her by watching this movie. Words which she spoke in the movie had a sharp tongue but gripping. For example, she said “ Krispy doughnut” to a fat woman. I couldn’t help laughing when I saw the scene. Her acting was very well and roll of Erin Brockovich matched her. She won the Academy Award, Golden Globe, Screen Actors' Guild Award and BAFTA for Best Actress. The film itself was also nominated for Best Picture and Best Director for Steven Soderbergh at the 73rd Academy Awards.

I could know fearful of pollutions once more by watching the movie. We can’t see and notice pollutants easily. In the movie, toxic substances have been run with water for ten years in a town of America.  Human being can’t live without water. Those pollutions had happened in Japan, too. I thought that it is very fear. Those toxic substances are run when businesses have priority over benefits better than human’s health and life. I thought that we must be careful not to have such a thing in the future.

Essay 2-02a: My Favorite Place

 Hello. Today, I want to introduce "my favorite place". I have many favorite places. But, my best favorite place is my home, because my home always makes me relax. We lived in apartment before. But, we moved out to a house. My home was built nine years ago. So, I think that is very comfortable. I live in this house with my parents and my sister. And I have some favorite places in my house.

 First, I like my room. I almost stay own room. I often listen the music, reading books, and watching TV. Recently, I bought a my computer. So, I sometimes use the computer in my room. And, the computer has a contents of TV. So, I sometimes watching TV in computer. And, I like on the bed, because there is hot in winter and cool in summer. Yesterday, I bought new carpet. So, I plesure cover the carpet in my room. And, I put a electric piano in my room. I learned the piano from when I was five years old. Then, Sometimes I played the piano in my home.

 Second, I like living room. I eat dinner in living room with my family. I sometime watching TV there with my sister. And, I talk some topics with her. Last week, we prepared  "Kotatsu" in living room. It is very useful and settles down for me. And, it is very hot place. Recently, my family almost sit down there. Especially, I like kitchen, because I don't well at cooking. But, my mother often teach me about cooking. So, recently I I think that like it...little.

 Third, I like balcony and garden. Sometimes, we eat lunch in balcony. In summer, I made chipped ice with my friend in balcony. Sometimes, some cats come there in winter. And, I eat barbecue in my garden with cousins in every summer. It is a every year's big event in my family. There is my cousins and us memorial place. Then, we talk about horror stories.

 Last, I still like other place in my house. For example, loft space, bath room and a field. Especially, I like loft space in my room. My home is very hot at winter and very cool at summer. So, I think that is very comfortable place. My home is makes me happy and give me much relax time. So, I think that my favorite place is my home.

Essay1-03b:My language learning history

 Today, I will write about my language learning histories. I learning some languages in my life. I enjoying it. I want to write Japanese, French, and English, skills, and I want to learn foreign language in the future. And, I will write a situation of the class at junior school, junior high school, and high school, because a reason of I instead of English signal that is the situation. So, I will tell you the stories in this essay.

 First, I will talk about Japanese. We were learned Japanese from junior school to high school. In juior school, first, I learned hiragana and katakana in Japanese class. In high grade, I began to learned some stories in text book. For example, swimmy, a tree of mothimothi, and gon of fox and so on. I sometimes thought writer's idea etcetra. In junior high school, I learned the classic. It means the past Japanese. And, we learned classic grammer in high school. But, I felt difficult it for me. So, I thought that the Japanese is difficult for foreigner who learn Japanese.

 Second, I will write about English. First, I learned English in junior school. An ALT teacher and a home room teacher taught me alphabets pronounce used many games. So, I can remembered it cheerfully. In junior high school, I learned basic English skills roughly. And, in high school, I studied application of it. And, listening class took charged of foreigner teacher. The class called oral communication class. In collage, I learning specialty of English.

 Third, I will write about skills. It has four skills. It is speaking skill, writing skill, and reading skill, listening skill. First, I want to write writing skill. This class is writing class. In the class, I write some diaries in own blog. Next, in speaking class, I use English Central. It is PC soft of Enternet. And I speak to mike English sentence. In listening class, I often watching "The Truman Show". Many difficult words appear in the movie. In reading class, I usually read some English newspaper. And, I search the contents.

 Fourth, I will write about French. I learned French basic pronaunce and grammer at last year. It is very difficult for me. First, the pronaunce has nose vowel. Japanese hasn't it, so I think that is difficult. Especially, I think that French grammer is very difficult for me. I can't remember some French grammers. But, the class students very kind to me. Sometimes, they were teach me it. I appreciate their advice. And, some friends learned French together who commented on my blog. They almost commented "French is very difficult. How do you think?" I think so too.

 Last, I will write that I want to learn foreign language in the future. I want to learn korean in the future, because my friend be registered in the Asia of east subject. I look like her very happy. Especially, I instead of the Hangul alphabet. I want to be write it someday. And, I instead of Korean cultures too. The people's home, clothes, and foods and so on. Someday, I want to go there, and I want to watch these things in own eyes.

 Finally, I can interest and concern of languages more deeply between writing the this essay. So, I want to know many languages from now. And, I have noticed some things between write this essay. It is appropriate information of Japanese culture. I think that I knowing almost anything in all of Japan. But, I noticed that is mistake. I think may be when I went to abroad, I could not explain to foreigner about Japanese in English. So, I think that is lacking study.
